Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time and our on-site dropbox at Krakow Storage in Washington Missouri is available for check drop-offs when staff is not in the office.

Krakow Storage operates utilizes anniversary billing for all of its storage units.   With anniversary billling, rent is due on the day of the month you move in. This means if you move in on the 15th of the month, your rent will always be due on the 15th. 

We also offer options to shift your due date to a day more suitable to your needs. Just mention it to your Krakow storage expert and they’ll get right on it.

Krakow Storage offers a free moving service from your existing storage facility to ours!

Yes, you can reserve a unit online, over the phone, or in person for the first months rent! Let us know your preferred move-in date, and one of our team members will secure your specific unit, price, and promotion.

Krakow Storage Self Storage facilities offer the convenience of drive-up units. Drive-up storage units are located on the first floor of the facility allowing you to comfortably unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit.

Whether you’re looking to store a classic car, luxury sports car, or an oversized pickup truck, Krakow Storage has indoor and outdoor options that are sure to fit your vehicle storage needs.

Krakow Self Storage requires all tenants to provide proof of insurance coverage for all property stored at the facility. If you have a homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, it may cover your stored items. Please review your policy or contact your insurance carrier to find out. If you are providing your own insurance, we need a copy of your current certificate of insurance or declarations page for our records. If you don’t have a policy or are not sure what your current policy covers, affordable tenant insurance is available for purchase when you sign your lease.

Our storage unit doors are have a 7-foot clearance. The ceilings in our units are approx. 10 feet tall. Please call for additional details of the unit sizes.

Krakow Storage is fully fenced and gated facility with each tenant having their own access code that is deleted when their stay ends.  Krakow Storage also has a state of the art 24/7 surveillance with alarms, night vision, and other features to ensure your belongings are stored with safety.

We recommend all tenants sign up for our Auto-Pay feature. All you have to do is choose ‘Auto-Pay’ when renting your self storage unit online and you’re set! Krakow Storage will automatically bill your credit card, so you no longer have to worry about late fees. All of our promotions require enrollment in Auto-Pay so this great feature will already be included with your rental.

Billing is done on your anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated or refunded. Guests must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.

We require at least a seven-days written notice before moving out of your unit. Upon move-in, one of our on-site managers will provide details on how to vacate your unit.  Our friendly self storage team is at the ready to assist and help with flexibility during life’s unexpected moments.
